Dual Qualification from the UK and SwitzerlandTESOL Bachelor for Top-up and Second Degree

Dual qualification combining the UK Level 6 Diploma (regulated by Ofqual) and the Swiss Bachelor of Arts in TESOL.

The programme is designed for candidates who have completed a college-level qualification in a related field or hold a degree in another discipline and wish to enter the field of English language teaching, which currently has high demand for qualified professionals. The dual qualification combines a programme recognised within the UK national qualifications framework (RQF), with validity in Switzerland, across Europe, and over 180 countries and territories. This enables learners not only to teach locally but also to expand career opportunities globally within the context of online education, overcoming geographical barriers.

The programme has a maximum duration of 16 months, delivered through a Live Class model combined with practical training. Upon successful completion, learners will receive:

  • A Level 6 Diploma in Teaching and Learning regulated by Ofqual within the UK national qualifications framework, providing eligibility to teach English and other subjects, and to pursue recognised international teaching qualifications.
  • A Bachelor of Arts in TESOL awarded by SIMI Swiss.
